From a question to a system
Artificial intelligence starts with a concrete task: finding information, organising an archive, assisting a query or recognising a pattern. Design defines the sources a system may use, the response a person needs and when a team should intervene. This makes it possible to evaluate usefulness before adding more features.
Context, integration and evaluation
Models connect to documents, APIs and working rules. Interfaces show where information comes from and allow responses to be corrected. Monitoring considers quality, latency and cost, alongside situations where the system should request context or hand a task to a person.
How it becomes work
Define the journey and its users. Organise information and responsibilities. Build an initial system that allows decisions to be reviewed with real content. Test the main tasks and document learning before expanding scope.
