A strategy spanning channels
Communication starts by defining a position, audience and purpose. Websites, media, social networks and content should tell a coherent story. Editorial strategy organises priorities, responsibilities and publishing rhythms so that a digital presence can be sustained.
Content as part of the product
Text, imagery and journeys are part of development from the outset. They shape how people understand an organisation and decide what to do. My practice connects communication leadership and technological construction, from institutional portals to international media.
How it becomes work
Define the journey and its users. Organise information and responsibilities. Build an initial system that allows decisions to be reviewed with real content. Test the main tasks and document learning before expanding scope.
